I returned to Tŷ Newydd for another Creative Writing session, under Llwyd Owen this time, the topic being “Start ar the Beginning: The Novel” (a Welsh language session). It was a fun and interesting day, and I was lucky enough to win a copy of his book during the day.
I really enjoy the opportunity these sessions give me to spend time in the company of other Welsh speaking writers. I attend a monthly Creative Writigin group locally, which is an English language group, but I haven’t yet been able to find a local Welsh language creative writing group. So I will continue my annual pilgrimage to North Wales until I can find something closer to home.
